We’ve selected two private villas for the accommodations - Villa Mahkai and Javen Lavenda. These villas are located in the Seririt Region of North Bali and offer comfort, beauty, and access to authentic Balinese experiences.

 

Peyton will be the host for Villa Mahkai and Courtney will be the host for Javen Lavenda. The cost to stay in either villa is $591.65 per person for the 10 days.  Both villas offer:

• Air-conditioned bedrooms with views and en-suite bathrooms.

• A private chef included that will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner (only pay cost of ingredients)

• Access to a vehicle and driver for transfers and excursions (not including gas, guide or cost of excursion)

• Private pools

• Beach access

• Mountain and ocean views

• Beautiful gardens

• Full housekeeping and gardening staff to maintain the properties

• Access to Wi-Fi

• Quiet, serene environment and many other amenities

 
Important Note:
Space is limited, and we must receive a $250 deposit per person as soon as possible or no later than Feburary 15, 2026 to reserve your spot. This is a firm deadline so that we can properly communicate to the properties the final number of attendees. We will not be adding anyone else after February 15th unless someone drops out. 

This deposit is only for the villa - a separate deposit may be required for any group airfare we are able to procure. ***Deposit becomes non-refundable after August 30.*** The remaining balance for the lodging will be due on October 15, 2026.

We will be departing for North Bali on Wednesday morning (December 9), and the drive from Denpasar Airport (DPS) to the villa area is approximately 3 hours.
Guests must arrive no later than Tuesday evening, December 8 in order to take advantage of the group transportation to the villa. Guests arriving afterwards will be responsible for paying for their own transfer.
